By accessing our website or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users including prospective students, enrolled students, agency partners, and visitors.
Empire Overseas Education provides study abroad counselling, university matching, application support, document preparation, and visa guidance services. We connect students with partner universities across our study destinations. We do not guarantee admission to any university or visa approval — final decisions rest solely with universities and immigration authorities.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date. You may not share your account with third parties or use another person's account without authorisation. You must be at least 16 years old to register; users under 18 require parental or guardian consent.
Upon engaging our services, you receive personalised counselling and support for your study abroad journey. Initial consultations are free. Fees for application support, document preparation, and visa guidance are communicated clearly before any paid service begins. We provide a detailed breakdown of all costs upfront with no hidden charges.
Empire Overseas Education provides guidance and support, but we do not guarantee admission to any university or approval of any visa application. Final admission and visa decisions are made by universities and immigration authorities respectively. We will always provide honest assessments of your chances and will not encourage applications where we believe they are unlikely to succeed.
Service fees are agreed upon before any paid service begins. Fees paid for services already rendered (counselling sessions, submitted applications, prepared documents) are non-refundable. If a service cannot be completed due to reasons on our part, a pro-rata refund will be offered. All fees are stated inclusive of applicable taxes.
All website content — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Empire Overseas Education or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written consent.
You may post reviews or comments on our platform. By doing so, you grant Empire Overseas Education a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and moderate that content. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our community guidelines.
You may not use our platform to: share account credentials; attempt to access other users' accounts; provide false information in applications or documents; transmit malware or conduct unauthorised automated access; or engage in any activity that disrupts the platform or harms other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Empire Overseas Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including rejection of university applications or visa applications. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email with at least 14 days' notice before the changes take effect.
