Deakin's Master of Psychology (Clinical) is an APAC-accredited postgraduate program that trains students to diagnose and treat mental health conditions and prepares them for general registration as a psychologist. It is a full-time-only, two-year course based at Burwood with some teaching at Geelong, requiring three supervised clinical placements totalling roughly 20-25 weeks, including one placement in the Barwon region. Students must hold provisional psychologist registration from enrolment and complete police/working-with-children checks.
