Higher Diploma in Pastry, Chocolate & Bakery (Year 2)

Second-year entry into BHMS's Pastry, Chocolate & Bakery pathway, for students who've completed the BHMS Diploma. 12 months, Lucerne campus, includes a 4-6 month internship.

Students must have to completed BHMS Diploma in Pastry, Chocolate & Bakery or equivalent with minimum 55%.
