BSc (Hons) Building Surveying (4 years with placement)

Throughout the course, students gain a strong grounding in building construction, building pathology, surveying practice, contract administration, sustainability, and property law. Emphasis is placed on understanding how buildings are designed, constructed, maintained and adapted, with particular focus on diagnosing defects, managing projects, and advising clients across the building lifecycle.
