Relevant bachelor's degree/graduate diploma/professional qualification (Dean-approved equivalent to 3-yr degree), or relevant engineering/managerial experience (Dean-approved equivalent to 1 yr advanced study); IELTS 6.5 overall, 6.0+ each band.
