The Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems (SAFS) program at Bishop’s University is designed for individuals who wish to make a meaningful difference in the world, think globally while acting locally, and gain hands-on skills in ecological food production and agroecosystem management. The program also provides students with the opportunity to earn an internationally recognized Permaculture Design Certificate.<
