Professional Accounting

Deakin's Master of Professional Accounting is a practical, industry-aligned postgraduate program that builds specialist accounting and business skills for both accounting and non-accounting graduates. It gives a direct academic pathway to CPA Australia, Chartered Accountants ANZ (CA ANZ) and the Institute of Public Accountants, with possible ACCA exemptions. Delivered via blended on-campus (Burwood) and online study across three trimesters a year, students complete 8, 12 or 16 credit points depending on prior qualifications and RPL.

Bachelor degree (any discipline) for full 2-yr/16cp entry; related-discipline bachelor or bachelor+2yrs relevant work experience fast-tracks to 1.5 or 1 yr
