Food Quality Management

A two-year MSc taking an integrated techno-managerial view of quality processes across the agri-food chain, from primary production to the end consumer. It draws on both food/life sciences and management/social sciences to build skills in quality control, assurance and business strategy for the food sector.

Bachelor's in Food Technology, Nutrition and Health, Management/Consumer Studies or equivalent (life-science or social-science background in food); GPA ≥7.0/10 typically required
