Psychology (Organisational)

Deakin's Master of Psychology (Organisational) is the only organisational psychology program delivered in Victoria and is APAC-accredited, preparing graduates for general psychologist registration specialising in workplace settings. Over two years full-time at Burwood, students complete coursework alongside a minimum of 1000 hours of supervised organisational placements across sectors such as manufacturing, retail, finance and consultancy. Graduates can pursue further endorsement as an organisational psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia.

4-yr APAC-accredited psychology degree (Honours 2A average or equivalent) + eligibility for provisional psychologist registration; international qualifications assessed via APS
