Animal Sciences - STEM designated - Meat Science Option

Meat Science is described on Auburn's official Animal Sciences pages as an elective specialization area (alongside animal breeding, nutrition, reproduction, growth, and equine science) that students can pursue via electives within the Animal Industries option — not as its own standalone major/option in the current bulletin.
