Direct entry into the final year of BHMS's Bachelor of Arts in Pastry, Chocolate and Bakery at the Lucerne campus, combining advanced patisserie training with a 4-6 month industry internship.

Students must have completed B.H.M.S. Higher Diploma or equivalent with minimum 55%.
