Bachelor of Construction

The Bachelor of Construction prepares graduates for careers as construction managers or quantity surveyors. Students complete core courses, a major (Construction Management or Quantity Surveying), a compulsory Professional Practice minor, and a second minor or electives, plus a minimum of 600 hours of supervised work experience. The Quantity Surveying major is accredited by NZIQS and RICS.
