We collect information you provide when you register, book a consultation, or submit a university application through our platform. This includes your name, email address, phone number, nationality, academic records, English proficiency scores, passport details, and financial information required for visa applications. We also collect usage data such as pages visited and consultation notes.
We use your information to match you with suitable universities and destinations, process your applications, provide visa guidance, communicate updates on your application status, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We may receive information from Meta Platforms (including Facebook and Instagram) when you interact with our services through Meta's platforms or sign in using a Meta account. This information may include your public profile, email address, and interaction data. This data is used solely to authenticate you and provide our service, and is never sold to third parties.
To process your application, we share relevant personal and academic information with the universities you apply to and, where required, with visa authorities and embassies. We share only the data necessary for each specific application. All partner universities are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.
We may share your information with technology service providers who help us operate our platform (e.g. cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics). All third parties are contractually bound to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.
We retain your account and application records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services or comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days. Note: application records that have been submitted to universities cannot be fully deleted.
